My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were so comfortable and relaxing, with everything needed for an amazing stay, but unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke despite the no-smoking policy. The service was exceptional, with quick accommodation provided to avoid the smell. The location was a bonus, close to various amenities, but the room condition was a letdown with dirty and dilapidated furnishings.
